Fix-It Guide (one-off purchase)
The Fix-It Guide is digital content delivered instantly: the moment payment clears, the full explanation and step-by-step fix for every issue in your report is unlocked in your account. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by ticking the box at checkout you ask us to deliver it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it is unlocked.
If the Guide does not unlock, is incomplete, or does not match what the pricing page describes, email us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Pro and Agency subscriptions
Cancel any time. From your dashboard or by email. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, then stops. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
14-day cooling-off. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not used the paid features (monitoring, alerts, reports, extra sites), we refund in full. If you have used them, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the days used.
After 14 days we do not refund the unused part of a monthly or yearly period, except where the service was unavailable for a sustained period through our fault, in which case we will credit or refund the affected time.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically. We email a receipt for every payment. If a renewal was taken after you had cancelled, tell us and we will refund it.
How to ask
Email hello@onlineporqupine.com from the address on your account with the word Refund in the subject. We reply within 2 working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, via Stripe, and usually show within 5–10 working days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other law that applies to you.
